‚Wir nutzen, was andere in den Müll werfen.‘ Wir besuchen Orte, die Abfall neuen Nutzen geben und Ideengeber*innen sind für ein Leben ohne Müllproduktion und alltägliche Kniffe für eine ressourcenschonende Kreislaufwirtschaft.

Über Trial & Error
Das Kulturlabor Trial&Error e.V. ist ein Berliner Kollektiv von Pädagogen, Designern, Medien-Aktivisten, Künstlern und Gärtnern, die sich für eine kreative und nachhaltige Zukunft einsetzen. Ob Upcyling oder Permakultur, kreativer Aktivismus oder Nachbarschaftsarbeit, Basteln oder Reparieren, Tausch-Ökonomie oder urbaner Gartenbau; Trial&Error bietet Workshops zu einer Vielzahl von Themen an und realisiert lokale und internationale kreative Projekte.
Über Kunst-Stoffe
Kunst-Stoffe entwickelt und fördert Wieder- und Weiterverwendungsstrategien in Theorie und Praxis. Rest- und Gebrauchtmaterialien werden in Sammel- und Verteilungsstellen als nachhaltige Ressourcen erschlossen und an Nutzer vermittelt. Ergänzend unterhält Kunst-Stoffe offene Werkstätten und veranstaltet Workshops und Seminare zu unterschiedlichen Nachhaltigkeits-Themen.

From Trash to Reuse

‚We use stuff others might throw away.‘
On this tour we‘re visiting two projects, that redefine the common understanding of ‚waste‘ by reusing and transforming it in multiple and creative ways. They are imparting new ideas for a life without waste production and give helpful hints and tricks for a ressource-conserving circular economy.

Kulturlabor Trial & Error e.V. is a Berlin based multicultural collective of designers, media-activists, artists, pedagogues, gardeners striving for a creative and sustainable future. Trail&Error is active in creative activism, environmental awareness, neighbourhood work, education and and community building. If it‘s about permaculture, re- and upcycling, share-economy or urban gardening; Trial&Error offers workshops, non-formal education in schools and youth centres, activities in art centres and other places – both on local and international level.
About Kunst-Stoffe
Kunst-Stoffe develops and promotes sustainable reuse strategies in theory and practice. In collection and distribution centers (re)used material is passed on to new users. In addition, Kunst-Stoffe maintains open workshops and organizes workshops and seminars on various sustainability topics.
